Requests you may make
Depending on applicable law and the information held, you may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of personal information. You may also ask a question about how inquiry data is used.
How to submit
Email info@thriveyogafit.us with the subject “Privacy Request.” Include your name, the email or phone number used to contact the studio, the type of request and enough detail to locate the relevant record. Do not send identification documents unless the studio specifically requests a secure verification step.
Verification and response
We may need to verify identity before fulfilling a request and may deny or limit a request where permitted by law. Authorized-agent requests may require evidence of authority. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
No discrimination
The company will not unlawfully discriminate against a person for making a valid privacy request.
